PROF. DR. SILKE N. FINKEN
Result-oriented workshops
Our world is becoming increasingly dynamic and disruptive: Digital business models and ecosystems are changing the competitive landscape, data is turning into currency, and customer experience, sustainability, and the use of artificial intelligence are moving from being key differentiators to being mandatory in many industries.
For companies, it is important to spot trends and disruptions at an early stage and identify opportunities and risks for their own business model. Using a mix of proven and innovative methods such as the Business Model Canvas, Business Model Heatmaps, creativity methods and elements of Design Thinking, core challenges for the business model are reviewed, and necessary adaptions of the business model derived. Starting from the status quo, a target picture is developed, and potential
strategic options are prioritized. My role is deliberately that of a pathfinder and facilitator because executives and managers need to identify themselves with the results to successfully and efficiently implement and drive their implementation forward. Therefore, each workshop is individually adapted to your needs.
In my workshops, I also teach and apply innovation methods such as design thinking, job theory, etc. with teams so that they can incorporate these approaches and methods into their work.
